Industrial Blasting
Heavy coatings, corrosion and buildup cut off equipment, steel and machinery, on your site, so gear moves straight to repair or recoating.
Industrial blasting
Blasting That Comes to the Worksite
Industrial surfaces carry the toughest coatings and the deepest rust, and the equipment that wears them is usually too big, too heavy or too busy to send away. Our mobile unit brings wet and dry blasting to farms, yards and facilities across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Machinery, structural steel, tanks and trailers get stripped back to sound metal where they stand, leaving a profile that industrial coatings can bond to properly.
- Machinery and plant equipment
- Structural steel and tanks
- Farm machinery and implements
- Trailers and heavy transport
- Wet or dry process, matched to the job
- No water tower or bridge work
Common questions
Industrial blasting FAQs
Can you blast equipment where it sits?
Yes, that is the core of the service. The mobile unit sets up at your site so machinery and steel never have to be transported.
How thick a coating can you remove?
Heavy industrial coatings and deep corrosion are exactly what the dry process is for. If we think a surface needs a different approach, we will say so at quote time.
Do you do farm equipment?
Yes. Implements, machinery and trailers are regular work, and blasting on the farm beats freighting equipment to a shop.
Why no water towers or bridges?
Those jobs need specialist access and containment beyond the scope of our service, so we leave them to the crews set up for them. Everything else is fair game.
